How It Works:
To ensure the best experience, the thermal pool service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. The pool is filled with natural thermal spring water heated up to 38°C, creating a deeply relaxing environment.
The first filling is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.
Additional fillings are available upon request for $1,700 MXN per fill.
For safety and comfort, pool fillings are not available after 5:00 PM.
We recommend planning your soak early in the day or just before sunset to fully enjoy the therapeutic benefits of this unique experience.
